On Tuesday, March 19, 2013, a chemical rocket was launched into Khan al-Asal in Aleppo providence, Syria.

A Reuters photographer reported that patients in hospitals he visited in Aleppo told him "People were dying and suffocating in the streets."

Rebels and government officials blamed each other for the attack.
